In the ‘3 Simple Self-Care Solutions for Busy Moms Course’, I aim to help busy moms by giving them 3 simple self-care solutions they can implement right away.

These simple self-care solutions address getting used to putting the oxygen mask on yourself first, and making yourself and your self-care a priority.

By self-care, I’m not referring to the surface, stereo-typical things that may come to mind when we think of self-care. Like getting a massage, buying ourselves something nice, or going for coffee with a friend. While those are all lovely, nurturing ways to feed our self-care – let’s dip a bit below the surface and look at some of the ways we show up that stop us from having a regular practice of self-care. Let’s look at how we can shift our mindset and implement a self-care practice that sticks.

In this timely course for moms, you’ll receive practical self-care solutions to:

1. Get More Comfortable Saying No.

2. Implement a Weekly Planning Ritual.

3. Trust in Your Own Wise Guide as a Way to recharge your batteries.

Hi! I'm Emily Madill, thank you for stopping by. I'm a writer, certified professional coach, and one of Thrive Global’s editors-at-large.

I love words and sharing them in a way that makes people feel good.

My most creative role though, is being mama to two boys. They remind me to be playful, to trust in my inner wisdom, and to love with every part of who I am.

I send out a weekly note every Thursday morning called: “Em’s Weekly Inspiration”. I love curating these notes each week. My hope is to help other women who may feel overwhelmed by the noise and busyness of life.

The weekly notes include practical ideas to tune in to your own inner wisdom, and embrace your version of a happy life. I’d love to connect with you on your journey. Go here to sign up for the free weekly notes.

Here is a more formal bit on what I do, if formal and third person is your thing. 😉
